Outstanding food and highly courteous staff. The location was good, right in the centre of Newbury and overlooking the rear. Moreover, it was just next door to the lovely Victoria Park, the establishments, and bars, restaurants, and sites

Spotless and budget rooms. Nice sized rooms. Absolutely superb breakfast. Lots of food at breakfast like milk and slices of fresh bread. Beautiful location in Newbury, near restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to Victoria Park

Beautiful garden for chillin', room is nicely decorated with its own bathroom and a TV. They hook you up with soft drinks and snacks like pastries, meats, and bread. The spot is prime, close to everything you need 🌟.

We were delighted with the spacious and affordable room we got, which had a luxurious bathroom and a selection of tea, and enjoyed the cozy dining area offering delicious hot meals.
